Coronavirus Update - All Programming Suspended Through April
Posted on Mar 15, 2020
Dear Fun and Fit Family,
We are sorry to inform you that we will be suspending all programming at Fun and Fit until further notice. As you are aware, President Trump has extended the national Stay at Home Order through the month of April. We are hopeful that people will adhere to the guidelines and that together we can flatten the curve sooner versus later and save lives.
We are aware that the Coronavirus is affecting many of you and is creating financial hardship as well. This will be a very difficult challenge for us at Fun and Fit. We are a family owned and operated business and this will have an unprecedented negative impact on our business and our employees. Operationally, the best thing that you can do to help Fun and Fit survive this challenge is to be willing to do make ups for the classes that were missed in March. We can and will ensure that your child is able to make up any and all classes missed. If this is not possible, we can issue credits to your account and your next billing will reflect a credit for any classes missed during the month of March due to the closure. Credits on your account can also be used for other services like camps, Open Gym and Parent’s Night Out.
We did not process credit cards in March for April tuition and do not plan to charge until we are able to run our classes again. Essentially, we are asking everyone to just sit tight with this until our community and our classes at Fun and Fit can return to normalcy.
Thank you for your support in this difficult time. We miss you. We care about you. We are thinking about you every day. We hope that you and your loved ones are staying healthy - and sane.
