Boys and Girls Progressive Gymnastics Classes
Ages: 6 – 17 years old
Prior to enrollment every student is evaluated to assure placement in the appropriate class, with other students of the same abilities. This helps to ensure that each class member is working at the same skill level and provides a positive environment for all.
Classes run either one hour or 1 1/2 hours in length. Class activities include a structured warm-up, training on the apparatus, and a conditioning period at the end of each class.
