Excused absences must be processed at least 1 hour prior to class time to earn a make-up credit.

Please complete the form below to excuse your child from class. Completing this form enables your child to be eligible for a make-up class (you may also call-in). Please refer to information you were given at enrollment, or see gym staff for all make-up class terms and conditions. Conditions and exceptions apply.
